New Hampshire Association of Senior Centers
The New Hampshire Association of Senior Centers, or NHASC, is a statewide, professional, non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the multipurpose nature of senior centers. The organization was formed in 1991 by a group of visionaries who recognized the importance of properly staffed, organized Senior Centers in every community in the State. Their mission is:
    A. To promote community relations with aging affiliated State and National Associations and impact on the visibility of senior centers statewide.
    B. To encourage the development and promotion of standards in the field of senior centers including the issues of personnel policies and program development.
    C. To encourage the development of new senior centers and expansion of existing centers throughout New Hampshire.
    D. To facilitate the exchange of information, ideas and programs between senior centers.

    E. To operate for non-profit, charitable, scientific, educational liaison and advocacy purposes, consistent with the current Internal Revenue Code approved as appropriate and pertinent to Association functions.
